"I'm also using the Fortify Oil Blend from Stratia. I usually do about a pump, sometimes I do two, I've gone back down to one pump my skin is not as dry as it was back in December and January. The Fortify facial oil is a blend of different oils with a good omega-3, 6 and 9 fatty acid content. I've been doing this mixture of Stratia with some form of oil, often their oil, since 2018 because it keeps my barrier really strong."
