    What the gurus are saying

Urea at 5% is the standout here, an ingredient gurus note is surprisingly hard to find in skincare. Paired with beta-glucan in what they describe as a masterclass in hydrating layering, the formula has a lightweight, runny texture that feels plumping and sinks quickly into skin. The small 120ml bottle is the main drawback, going fast if you layer multiple applications.

"This is Stradia Aqua Factory and this is actually a newer product from Stradia. I think it's been out maybe close to a year now. I want to say it came out in fall of 2024. And this has like betaglucan in it, has urea in it. There's a lot of different humectants in here. I always say it's like a masterclass in humectants that are so good for hydrating your skin. It's a really good formula. It's a runny watery toner with just a little bit of body to it, just a little bit of plumpness to it, and it feels very very hydrating, very good. Dives deep into the skin. I'm going to rate this a nine out of 10. And the only reason I took a point off is just it's small. It's 120 milliliter toner. And for some folks that just like one layer of toner and then they move on with their life, that's good. I'm kind of like a two layer, three layer type of girly. And then doing that, washing your face two times a day, doing skincare two times a day, those layers add up fast. This bottle empties very quickly."

5 Best NEW Skincare Releases of 2024!
"I did not have a space on my bingo card for 2024 for a new product from Stradia that is a hydrating toner, no way in my wildest dreams was I thinking that this was going to happen, and yet in October it did. Stradia released Aqua Factory, which is their hydrating toner, and I was so excited because I am so freaking picky about hydrating toners. My bar for hydration is so high. But it did pass my bar, it really did, and it really comes down to formula. What really surprised me about this and what I think was different about it is the humectant that they chose to use in this formula. When you look at the ingredients list it looks very simple on the surface, like there's not a lot going on here, but there is a little bit of a deeper story. I really think about it as like a master class in humectants. They're using 5% of urea, which is a natural moisturizing factor that I absolutely love and I've raved about it here on my channel quite a bit. But one of my headaches with urea is that it is such a difficult ingredient to find. It's not in abundance in skincare products."

"This is the Stradia Aqua Factory Toner which feels really nice. It reminds me a lot of the Geek and Gorgeous Liquid Hydration Spray in terms of the feel, the texture of it, and the ingredients."
