"I thought that this was going to be something I would tear apart because LED is very hard to do, you have to get it at the right wavelength and then you have to get it to penetrate and it has to be strong enough. But yes there is a bunch of science about the red LED light specifically in that 650 to 700 nanometer range it helps with collagen induction and creating more collagen, it helps with inflammation, it's wonderful for the skin and the structure. I took this with me and I actually started pressing this right here for about five to ten minutes a day and this ended up being so freaking helpful. I really think that it was either this or the eye cream or maybe a combination of the two that has completely transformed this. I've never used LED on a healing wound before, at least not on myself on my own like fissured skin, and literally I've been just kind of doing this. It's actually quite relaxing. This works very very well. These two things have been absolutely phenomenal."
