What the gurus are saying

One expert found this a standout mineral body sunscreen that blends in without white cast or stickiness, though the floral scent softens noticeably after about half an hour. However, another reviewer encountered a scent that people found off-putting. Those drawn to floral notes and mineral-only protection may want to patch-test first, and applying it over a light body lotion can help it spread smoothly.

"I hate the smell of this sunscreen. Horrific. It was horrible. And I actually was doing a meet and greet in space enk and the queue was going past the display and I saw people in the queue who were coming to meet me and Robert picking up the product and smelling it and pulling a face. A lot of people didn't like the smell."

"This is one of the best sunscreens I've ever used for the body. It's broadspectrum with 20% zinc oxide, so it's all mineral, and it has a beautiful floral scent. I'm not really a floral type of person, but I really love this scent, especially after it has toned down a little bit after a half an hour or so. This doesn't leave your skin greasy or sticky, your skin does not cling to your clothes, there's no gross sunscreen smell, and it truly doesn't leave a white cast on my skin. It actually blends in quite nice. I do like to prep my skin beforehand with a body lotion or a body cream just to give my skin that slip before going in with this because I feel like this spreads and applies well."
