"The Tone Brightening Capsule Cream claims to soothe and brighten and be suitable for sensitive skin. It's a white, lightweight cream, almost a gel, with the same tiny capsules that disappear quickly and no noticeable scent, suitable for morning or night. She put it in her evening routine on tretinoin off-nights since it wasn't at all irritating, though she preferred to err on the side of caution. It spreads easily, isn't tacky, but can be felt on the skin for a little while as a layer of hydration. Centella Asiatica Extract is the first ingredient at 60%, with Niacinamide and Tranexamic Acid for brightening though she couldn't find percentages for those, plus Panthenol, Lactobacillus Ferment, Bisabolol, Glycerin, Hyaluronic Acid, Shea Butter and Squalane. She really enjoys this cream for extra brightening in her evening routine, and for normal to dry skin it would be a great addition to a morning routine as well."

"This one really is ideal for doll skin and this one is so light that I would actually say you can in need of hydration with a brightening effect to it too"
