What the gurus are saying

Gurus overwhelmingly praise this serum for visible results on fine lines and wrinkles within days to a week, with many calling it transformative. The fibroblast-derived active is consistently cited as the standout ingredient. The recurring complaint is the dual-chamber packaging, which gurus find inconvenient and fragile (foil flaking, uneven pump output). Price at $300 is acknowledged as steep but defended by devoted users who say results justify the cost. One skeptic finds it underwhelming and questions anti-sagging claims, but this dissent is isolated.

"This one's great for dry skin. I use a lot at night. I also use this on my neck or even post-procedure skin because it's got all the nice rejuvenating ingredients as well as the anti-aging ingredients in here. This one helps fight wrinkles, especially around the eye area. Third, fourth day, the very first time I used this, I looked at my eye area and it just looks so much better than it had before. It was really a gamechanging product for me. Within three or four days, wow, it just looks better, more youthful. It also helps firm and brighten skin. The star of the show is their human fibroblast conditioned media, which helps with fine lines, wrinkles, helps skin tone and texture."

Best Anti-Aging Serums for Real Results - The NO BS List of 7 Serums to Fight Wrinkles
"It's one of the few products that really helped with a dull appearance, the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles within about a week or a couple days. This is one of the few gamechanging products that have been total game changers for me. Their human fibroblast condition media is the real deal. It's fragrance free, lightweight, gel texture, allows layering. It's got a really nice silky texture to it where you can use it underneath sunscreens if you want to use in the daytime. Works well, great for all skin, dry skin, oily skin, all that. Very friendly, very nice. The packaging is the major bummer to this product. The product itself is great. The packaging sucks. They could use a revamp of it. The dual chamber is kind of a pain, and for a $300 serum, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired."

I Ranked My Most Expensive Skincare… Here’s What’s Actually Worth It & How to Save on Luxe Products
"The first product that I've noticed the most benefits from is Skin Medicica TNS Advanced Serum. It's 1 oz for 295 bucks. Within two or three days I noticed my skin looked softer and smoother. Lines looked less apparent. The star of the show for this one is their human fibroblast conditioned media, which encourages skin cell renewal and supports collagen and elastin levels, revealing a smoother, more radiant and youthful complexion. It also contains dimer tripeptide 43, grape seed flour extract, and whey proteins. Dermstore repackaged it with two separate independent pumps, which is better because neither of the pumps gets stuck the way they did with the old packaging. And they got rid of the fake foil packaging because that foil would start to peel off. This is a hugely beneficial product. I don't use it in large amounts and I really just apply it where my skin needs it, so I don't smooth it on my cheeks since my cheeks don't have fine lines and wrinkles, but around my eyes and around my mouth is where I focus on. So this stuff is great."
The First Do-It-All Anti-Aging Serum?! Remedy Healthy Aging Serum Review, How to Use, Dupes
"The Skin Medicica TNS serum is the closest I've gotten so far to an all-in-one product that addresses fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, large pores, melasma, loss of volume, and sagging. It's very freaking expensive, but it's the closest I've gotten to it. The formula includes niacinamide, which is a brightening ingredient, glycolic acid and lactic acid as exfoliants that are most effective at a pH between three and four and help with firming, collagen production, skin thickness, and wrinkles with regular use, though I didn't see that performance with this one. It also has retinol, the gold standard anti-aging ingredient that helps with fine lines, wrinkles, brightness, and prevents acne breakouts, plus phospholipids, a skin-identical ingredient for repair."

"I've tested both of these. I just haven't found these for their price to be as efficient or effective. I found the Skin Medicica to be more beneficial. I just think the Skin Medicica is just more efficient, more effective for me. I found the Skin Medicica to be one of the most efficient, effective anti-aging products out of all of them."

If I Could Only Pick 5 Products to Use for the Rest of My Life - My Picks for Top 5 Skincare
"The Skin Medicica TNS Advanced+ Serum is really expensive, but it gives my skin amazing nearly overnight results. It really helps me with fine lines and wrinkles. Within a couple nights it does make a huge difference. It really gives skin a nice plump appearance and firmer, and wrinkles look a little less noticeable. They use their patented fibroblast cocktail which is really amazing. It's a gamechanging product. I will say a couple things I dislike: I dislike the dual pump system. It's annoying and frustrating, and it doesn't always come out all at once. I also really dislike the silver packaging on it because after you've been using it for a month or two, they start to flake off and you start to notice them on your skin. But it is worth every penny. It's amazing. No fragrance."

"This is a peptide and growth factor serum. You just need one pump for my entire face and neck. This is definitely a more expensive skincare product, and I always say if you're going to invest a hundred or more dollars in your skincare product, they should generally have some type of clinical trials or something showing its efficacy. So, this has good clinical data to show that it helps with fine lines, wrinkles, and even skin sagging. There's not a lot in skincare that helps with sagging. Now, it's not going to lift your jowls up, but I do find that for people who apply it to their neck or around their eyes, they do notice noticeable improvements. And this is just a product I really enjoy using, especially someone who has rosacea and more reactive skin, I also find this quite calming and not irritating. So, I'm a big fan."

"The Skin Medicica TNS Advanced+ Serum is really expensive compared to other growth factor serums. You will find Skin Medicica TNS serum users out there who will cut your throat if you take that stuff away from them, so clearly it does something for some people. You've got to stay consistent with something like this in order to begin to turn a corner and see meaningful change. Stuff doesn't really happen that quickly. I'm not so sure about the anti-sag claims, like oh it helps with sagging. You're telling me not only is it going to boost collagen to improve wrinkles but it's also going to reposition stuff and rebuild underlying bone and supportive framework that has been lost as a result of the aging process? I am skeptical. My experience using this product is that it is very uneventful. It is a thin clear colorless liquid, doesn't really have an odor to it or a tingle."
