What the gurus are saying

Unanimous yay from 2 reviewers. Dr. Jenny Liu and James Welsh both rate it highly. Top take: "I am really obsessed with this serum for a couple reasons. Number one, it's very watery and lightweight, again leaves minimal residue on the skin, but yet is very hydrating, and it contains 63% propolis extract.", Dr. Jenny Liu.

"I am really obsessed with this serum for a couple reasons. Number one, it's very watery and lightweight, again leaves minimal residue on the skin, but yet is very hydrating, and it contains 63% propolis extract. It's like a hydrating serum but to the next level with maybe some additional soothing, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant benefits. I found it to be very gentle, so even if you have sensitive skin, I think this can definitely be appropriate, especially if you're looking for one that can also offer some anti-inflammatory benefits. This is one I highly recommend trying."

"This has a very lightweight texture but a little bit of thickness to it and contains 63% black bee propolis, 10% royal jelly extract, and 10% honey which is also to help rebuild your skin barrier, strengthen it while moisturizing as well. Propolis in any product really is moisturizing. If my skin is feeling dry, I have a very oily T-zone but I tend to get dry here and in the corners and I can get very dry around my eyebrows as well. If I'm feeling dry, I don't like using heavy products because I'm oily, so something that's like hydrating and moisturizing at the same time with such a lightweight jelly-like texture is kind of like my go-to when it's in the serum stage as well. It feels a lot lighter on the skin and I always feel like serums do the job just ten times better than any other product because that's the idea of them right. Whether you're dry and you're looking for extra moisture or you're oily and you want something moisturizing that's not too heavy, this is such an amazing product but it's just incredibly thick but not suffocating at the same time. I love this stuff. Propolis is also incredibly soothing, and we also have persimmon extract which is basically a Korean plant that helps to soothe irritated skin, full of fatty acids very good for your skin barrier. We have glycerin and sodium hyaluronate to help hydrate, and lactobacillus ferment which is supposed to be a DNA repair enzyme, and arginine to help speed up healing and the soothing process of irritated skin. So this can really be like your go-to moisturizing, soothing, and repairing serum."
