"It's from Skin Food, it's a Royal Honey Propolis Enriched Essence that retails for a little more expensive, $18.83, but gosh it's just a really nice elegant hydrating serum that contains honey and bee-derived ingredients. Honey and propolis have great humectant properties, great at hydrating the skin, has some antioxidant wound healing, potentially supporting collagen production. This one is again just very lovely because it's very hydrating but does not leave tackiness or stickiness. Great to layer on top of vitamin C or under your moisturizer with other products."

"I really love this one from Skin Food Royal Honey Propolis Enriched Essence. It contains a propolis extract along with hyaluronic acid. Propolis has some anti-inflammatory, potentially skin plumping, anti-aging benefits. I really just enjoy the lightweight nature of these serums and the way they feel and helping to keep my skin hydrated. It really does not leave your skin feeling sticky like some hydrating hyaluronic acid-based serums can do."

"I found this essence incredibly hydrating, which is exactly what I expected. The texture is silky and hydrating, like a thick sort of water, not as thin as a toner but not as thick as a proper serum. It sinks into my skin really quickly and it isn't as tacky as I expected for something that hydrates so well. The most impressive effect I've seen on my skin with this is that it's been really good at smoothing out texture and giving me a glow overnight, almost like a chemical exfoliant sort of effect but without any irritational stinging. It was also really good at calming down reddish breakouts I had. It layers nicely under products too. It's also fragrance free and has a slightly sweet smell, and people with sensitive skin have generally said that their skin doesn't react to this. Overall I love this, it is going into my rotation."
