It's really dense and creamy and really meant to help soften your hair, strengthen your hair, make your hair super soft, less frizzy and shiny. You have to spend some time with it, I recommend at least leaving this on for 20 minutes or longer. If you just leave it on for 5 minutes, you really won't feel like it does much.
