What the gurus are saying

This cream holds a visible, dewy wetness on the skin throughout the day, making it especially suited to anyone with persistently dry under-eyes or fine creases that show even without makeup. Gurus praise its ability to deeply hydrate while remaining elegant enough not to interfere with makeup or cause irritation, and note it works to soften the look of fine lines and darken circles at the same time, morning and night alike.

"The Shiseido Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream is rich. If you do have really dry under eyes, perhaps they kind of crease when you're not even wearing makeup, or perhaps they look dry and textured, something like this kind of holds this moisture, this shine, and this glow on the skin majority of the day. It really held this wetish glow to the skin even when blended in."

"The Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream, this has been a long-time favorite, and that's kind of an understatement. It was one of the first serious eye creams I ever got, and I've come full circle decades later to really appreciating and needing this again, because it's intense enough to really handle what is happening in this area right now. I don't do injectables or anything, I need a very good eye cream. This is rich and it keeps this area moisturized, plumped out all day. It works well under makeup, keeps everything from drying out and looking cracked. This targets all the five different types of wrinkles you can have around your eyes, from the inner corner going down the nose to the under eye area, any crepiness, any crow's feet, frown lines, all of it. It brings back kind of a more youthful quality to my eyes. Last year I started using the Vital Perfection eye cream, and this is not an easy decision to make, but this one feels like it's more intense, and also maybe I'm just very loyal."

"I really do love this eye cream because it does help to improve all aspects of our concern, but yet it's still elegant that it won't cause problems or interact with your makeup. This is a rich cushiony eye cream that really is designed to visibly hydrate the skin, improve fine lines, wrinkles, as well as appearance of dark circles and dullness around the eyes. It really helps to deeply hydrate thereby improving the appearance of fine lines but at the same time brighten the skin so that way dark circles are less visible. So it's a great option for anyone who is looking for a nourishing but still elegant textured eye cream that works well both morning and night to really improve aspects of the skin around the eyes."
