What the gurus are saying

Gurus are enthusiastic about this treatment for its hydrating and plumping effects. It's praised as an effective overnight mask and touchup product that leaves lips looking glossy and healthy while playing well with other skincare and makeup. The main caveat is that it doesn't provide all-day wear, requiring reapplication throughout the day.

"I'm currently using the Rode Peptide Lip Treatment. This one definitely doesn't last all day but it makes the lips look really fresh and glossy. It's a really good touch up on your lips. From dry, it's not like lip gloss level but your lips definitely look healthy and they feel good."

"I love their Rode Peptide Lip Treatment. It's like my overnight lip mask. It makes my lips feel so hydrated and I swear to you it somehow plumps and smooths my lips as well. I wear it morning and night and it works really well with my other skincare products. It also makes my makeup lay down really well. It has ceramides in it as well. I'm just really obsessed with this. When they first were teasing this on Instagram I thought I had tried something similar and then I bought it and tried it out and it's like no, this is not like anything that I've ever tried, so it's incredible."
