What the gurus are saying

The experts who tested it praise how smoothly it applies over makeup without needing to blend, and note it works across all skin tones. The stick format makes it a gentler choice for those whose eyes sting or burn from traditional eye creams. Both gurus highlight the vitamin C and peptide blend as the active duo targeting dark circles, and point out it's a budget-friendly entry point if people aren't ready to invest heavily in eye care.

"Here is an example of a vitamin C under eye product, this is the Rock Revive and Glow Eye Balm. This also has peptides as well as a vitamin C in it, and you just go right over your makeup with this one swipe. You don't even have to touch it and it blends in, so it's great for all skin tones."

"I'm a really big fan of the Rock Revive and Glow Eye Balm. This is a stick form. So, I like it for people who have more sensitive eyes or find that their eyes sting or burn from a lot of eye creams. I find the balm is just generally better tolerated. This has vitamin C and a special peptide that helps strengthen the skin and it's really meant to target under eye dark circles. It's also a little more of a budget option if you can't splurge on an eye cream."
