"I've talked a lot about RoC Vitamin C, the Reviv and Glow most recently. I've been bringing back Vichy Lift Active into my routine. Dermatology Vitamin C Plus F is nice. There's also higher price points like SkinBetter Science Alto. This one has 19 antioxidants so great, my patients love it actually, I carry this in my office just because it's so awesome. Just a few drops on the face, maybe five drops, you can also bring it down to your neck. Do not neglect the neck, chest area because this really shows your age. If you actually want to start off by putting a few drops on the back of the hand and then applying it to your face, go right ahead, that's a really nice strategy to treat the back of your hands which shows a lot of dermatological photoaging over time."
