What the gurus are saying

Gurus who tested it praise the hydration kick from multiple forms of hyaluronic acid and note it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, making it a solid pick for those with oily or combination skin. The formula is fragrance-free and comes at a good price point for the hydrating performance. Those wanting a lightweight moisturizer that plumps skin and temporarily softens the look of fine lines may find this one does the job without the heavy feel of richer creams.

"RoC Advanced Hydration Plus, their water cream. You can only get at Costco right now. It's going for like 35 to 40 bucks for a pack of two. Great deal. It's very similar but very good. Has hyaluronic acid. It has pro collagen amino acids to support firmness and absorbs really well. Great for those who have oilier skin types, combination skin types. So if you want something lightweight, absorbs very quickly, doesn't have a greasy, heavy feel. This one's going to help plump up your skin with that hyaluronic acid and temporarily hide those fine lines and wrinkles."

"It's fragrance-free with hyaluronic acid extract. Those ingredients are really hydrating. I mean, that's kind of like the appeal of the La Mer moisturizers. You get two 1.7 oz jars and it's $29.99, so 15 bucks a piece more or less, which is pretty good for a facial moisturizer of that caliber. It has a variety of forms of hyaluronic acid which help with retention of water. Ultimately, that is the name of the game when it comes to better skin texture and barrier support."
