"It's definitely full coverage but it's not ridiculously matte. It's a very moisturizing foundation. When they say it has a hydration boost it absolutely does. It feels like a skin care cream when you're blending it out. The finish is a satin hydrating finish. It has a little bit of a scent, just keep that in mind. The formula feels slightly thicker than some other foundations, but the finish is very similar to more expensive options. You can see that hydration in the wear."
