"I got so many DMs about Rhode's milky toner. Between the [...] three milky toners I tried, this one is the ace, and if I only had to buy one it would be this one. It's pretty moisturizing, but compared to Korean milky toners it feels more like a thick serum, so I think it's better for dry mature skin. It's a toner though, so it can't replace your serum. Overall it's a good try and worth buying, especially in the smaller size."
