What the gurus are saying

Zero breakage and solid durability are the standout reports, though personal preference on daily use splits. Strong performance for hair health, but whether it becomes your daily tool depends on hair type and styling needs, and not everyone finds it a match. If breakage-prevention is your priority, reviewers report reliable, damage-free results.

"Not a personal favorite of mine, but my sister loves the thing."

"My Revlon One Step Volumizer, I'm getting a lot of mileage out of this thing. I don't use it as often as I was using it for a while there when my hair was kind of medium length, but it's really good. It doesn't cause any breakage or anything for me."

BEST HAIR CARE OF 2022 🏆 Dermatologist @DrDrayzday
"I was apprehensive to introduce this tool into my routine, the Revlon One-Step Volumizer with the improved motor, but I have been loving it and I haven't had any negative effects from using it. I've heard a lot of mixed opinions about this tool, and I do think if you use it to dry your hair that's too much and it will contribute to breakage and hair damage, but I've never used it to dry my hair, only to heat style it after air drying, and it's much faster than using a round brush and a blow dryer, so I end up using less heat on my hair overall. I love the handle, it's easy to use and not heavy, and I only ever use the cool and low settings. I've had no negative effects, I haven't experienced any hair breakage. I'm so glad I decided to try it."
How I use the Revlon One Step Volumizer 🛍🎄Christmas at The Galleria Mall
"I recently started using this Revlon volumizing tool and I really like it. It's like a combination between a hair dryer and a round brush, and it makes styling go a lot faster. It's a lot easier to use, easier to navigate than having the brush and the hair dryer separately. It's not super hot either, at least on the low setting, and there's also a cool setting too. I've never been able to navigate a curling wand, but this is easy enough that if I can do it, it may be a game changer for somebody else. I haven't tried actually drying my hair with it, I just prefer to air dry, but I'd imagine if you have really thick hair and wanted to use this to dry your hair, you'd probably need to use a regular blow dryer first."
