"It does work, it is effective after about 6 weeks I could start to really see the eyelashes growing. But it didn't work for me. First of all I had a real sensitivity in the eyes to this. When I apply it, it kind of stung my eyes, not massively but just enough where I was kind of irritated. And then something that started to happen that by process of elimination I discovered was I started getting kind of a crustiness on my upper eyelids. When I removed this from my routine I determined that that was the problem because I started to feel a little bit of crustiness right on the eyelash where the eyelash hits the eyelid. Whatever ingredient was reaching up onto the eyelid."
