    What the gurus are saying

This foundation holds up through a full day of wear without creasing or fading, earning praise for its balance of lightweight texture with mattifying control that still looks natural rather than heavy. The shade range is extensive with many undertones available, so getting matched in store is worth the trip to find your perfect fit. Those who've tried it tend to reach for it regularly as their go-to for days when they need their base to stay put.

"I wear the shade six. This wears extremely well on me, so it's something I've been reaching for on days where I just need my foundation to look good for hours on end. I actually filmed an entire review video on this with a full wear test and tried this out in a proper day of my life being a busy mom running around and it survived that test. It's such a beautiful foundation. Very lightweight but mattifying and controlling and flawless looking but still natural. It's a fabulous foundation. I have been loving that one."

Late night trying my Sephora order.. 😬
"Rare Beauty Foundation. I am loving this. I wear the shade six. This is a great one. This is a foundation that you would probably want to go in stores to get yourself matched to because they have so many options and so many undertones. I've been really loving this foundation lately."
Can I do it?! Trying Selena's Makeup from the VMAs..
"I'm just going to smooth that through the T-Zone before we go into foundation. This is the shade 130N. I'm gonna put some of that on the back of my hand just so I don't accidentally like overdo the coverage and pick it up just a tiny bit at a time and I'm just going to start to even out the skin tone with this. The shade match on this is like perfect for me. I'm just taking a beauty sponge to press everything into place."

"I love the packaging the way it just squeezes out, it's so easy. I [...] literally have only swatched it [...] and kind of looked at it, and I've had it on my actual face and cannot remember which. I think because neither of us have really given it a fair shot we can't rate it. [...] It actually makes me more inclined to try it. It has such a great finish. It's [...] shockingly affordable for a non-drugstore brand, very accessibly priced, and [...] that's pretty good for a more of a luxury makeup experience."

"This is a lightweight foundation that's really good for every day, but if you do have a lot of redness to the skin or if you do have acne that you're trying to cover up, this just is not my personal favorite. Is it good? Absolutely. Is it an absolute cult must-have? No. I do like the packaging because it's very minimal. I love that it's vegan and cruelty free. The ingredients in here are not bad. But you know, is it my go-to foundation? Honestly, I like stuff with sunscreen now, so no. A little bit goes a long way with this, but I don't feel like a little bit actually goes a long way. I feel like this is a lightweight foundation."
