What the gurus are saying

Gurus consistently found the scrub too harsh and abrasive for its gentle positioning, with the grain texture causing discomfort even during patch tests. The scent and essential oil blend is flagged as overpowering, particularly problematic for sensitive skin. Combined with the premium price point, reviewers are passing on repurchase.

"This is their face polish which is like a scrub. It's like a face scrub. I barely used it because when I tried it a little on my hand first, the way I try every product on my hand, the grains are even though it's supposed to be rice and supposed to be very gentle, I found them very harsh on my hand. So I've not even used it on my face. I don't intend to use it on my face. I'm not going to repurchase this product because I generally think this is very harsh, that scratchy. It's nice but it didn't do much for me."

"The scent and the essential oils they use in here are way too strong in my opinion, especially for those with sensitive skin types. My skin felt nice after I used it, but the brand is very expensive as well, so this one is a very easy pass. I'm struggling to finish it."
