"I've repurchased a few times the R&W Ceramide Concentrate Plus. It's got ceramide, beetroot, oat beta glucan, peptides, and avocado oil. Ceramides are great for repairing your skin barrier, especially if you've damaged it either due to winter dryness, exfoliants, retinoids, actives, just dry skin, or certain procedures can damage your skin barrier. So if your skin barrier is damaged you'll probably know it because your skin will be dry, rough, flaky, red."
