"This is a topical that comes in a cloth you rub under the arms, and it works by stopping the transmission from the nerve to the sweat gland, so even if you have hyperhidrosis you will have significantly reduced sweating. It's a brand name medication and not many insurances cover it well, so it gets expensive, though compounding pharmacies can make versions of it as a topical solution or on presoaked pads. You do have to wash it off your hands after applying it under the arms, because if it gets on your hands and you rub your eye, your pupil will dilate and it can look alarming, like you're having a stroke. That said, it is a safe product to use."
