The squalane oil is the same thing we spoke about in other products. This is a K Beauty option and it has that butter-like texture. It is a sleeping pack but I find it to be light enough that if you wanted to you could use this as a day moisturizer. It might be a little bit heavy if you have oily skin like myself for a day moisturizer, but if you're dry to combination, this could be a really good moisturizer under sunscreen."
