"The key ingredients are things like rice which serves as a base, algae which replenishes the skin and retains the moisture, and green tea which is really rich in antioxidants. It absorbs really fast and gives you that glass skin look and a really smooth radiant finish. You wouldn't think this is super hydrating how light it is. It's a little bit creamier texture, it comes white but it's pure liquid, it goes on, I just pat it on my skin, it absorbs really fast. This is also good if you're on a budget, so this is like a fraction of the cost. Being that I'm combination to oily, I have to say I'm really surprised I like this, because if you ask me what this is ideal for I would say that it's ideal for more dry skin or really mature skin, but my combination to oily skin loves this. This milk toner not only delivers long lasting moisture throughout the night to my skin, it also helps me achieve that K-beauty glass skin appearance, smooth, plump skin. It will help brighten the skin just a little bit and it helps lock in the moisture and prevent dehydration. I think it's very versatile no matter your skin type. Some of the key ingredients it does have are 2% niacinamide which will help soothe and brighten the skin, rice bran extract known for its brightening properties, ceramides to help repair the skin barrier and increase the moisture, and panthenol or provitamin B5 which soothes, hydrates, and supports the skin."

"The PURITO Oats in Silky Toner is a really simple formula. They're using glycerin and beta glucan to really hydrate the skin. Beta glucan is a really nice alternative ingredient to hyaluronic acid, which can sometimes create some inflammation in sensitive individuals. Beta glucan I think is a little bit more gentle. It's often derived from oat, and it's one of those humectant ingredients that attracts and binds hydration into the skin, has a little bit of a bouncy gel-like consistency to it so it can kind of plump the skin as well, all similar qualities to hyaluronic acid without that pro-inflammatory effect for certain sensitive individuals. We've got oat in here, oat water as well as oat extract, and oats is a really wonderful soothing ingredient, great if you have some redness or inflammation on the skin. It's often recommended for eczema-prone skin, but it's also a gentle moisturizing ingredient as well. It really balances out the skin. It's not an oily ingredient but it just kind of soothes and comforts the skin with this gentle hug and kiss of moisture that feels amazing."
