Universal Skin Solution Dermal Spray for Face and Body.

"This is from Prequel, this is the Universal Skin Solution Dermal Spray. This is just a hypochlorous acid spray, and there's a reason for it, it is great for anybody who has skin irritation. For me with peroral dermatitis, and because of my melasma, I have noticed that anytime I get really red, like if I'm irritated, I have redness, or if I spent too much time at the gym, or if I was out in the sun, if I got really hot, I will keep a bottle of this. I also like spraying it on my back so I don't get breakouts. If you're going to use any antioxidants like retinoids or AHA, then you want to let it dry down before you go in with some of your other products. It's essentially like spraying bleach on your skin, so just keep that in mind. But I think this is just such a great type of product to have in your routine and in your bag, and it's like a catchall for so many different skin issues. If you're dealing with any redness like I do, that redness can lead to more melasma."

"I'm going to go in with the Prequel Universal Skin Solution Dermal Spray. This is hypochlorous acid. This is, I guess, kind of to rewet it. This isn't really a toner but you guys have heard me talk about how much I love this stuff. It's great for any redness. There's also soothing mineral concentrate in here which they say is an optimal magnesium content to help soothe and strengthen the barrier function of the skin. I use this every single day without fail because I've always got rosacea, I'm kind of always breaking out, and it does just calm everything down. It's great for cuts and scrapes, you could use it on your pets if they've got a little cut. There is a little bit of talk how hypochlorous acid can basically render your antioxidants useless, so I personally use this in the evening. I have started using a vitamin C more in the mornings just for its antioxidant benefits, so I would use hypochlorous acid in the evening when I'm not using vitamin C and let that dry down completely before I go into my next steps."

"My new favorite is Prequel's Universal Skin Solution Dermal Spray. Hypochlorous acid, I always say it's like an anti-bacterial for your face. It helps with skin irritation, redness, breakouts, cuts, grazes. If you picked a spot, it's going to help soothe it. This has been my everything for everything. When my rosacea is flaring up, spray on, soothes it. Breakouts, irritated skin, I get really irritated like on my sideburns for some reason. Knowing I have sprays like this, soothing serums, skin barrier repairing moisturizers that are going to help soothe it quicker, I worry about it a lot less. This has hypochlorous acid, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, disodium phosphate, and electrolyte water. I found this while I was doing my doggy first aid course and they're selling this as antiseptic skincare. It's hypochlorous acid. What I will say though is this isn't available in the UK, it's not available in Europe."

I find hypochlorous acid sprays really beneficial, mostly for my body. I don't really use them too often on my face, from time to time I do, but primarily on my body."

"This is the Prequel Universal Skin Solution, it is hypochlorous acid. It's a very gentle refresher for the skin, it's antimicrobial, it's anti-inflammatory, and it's what I use every day in my own clinic to prepare my patient skin for procedures. "You can use it on your face and your body and really get all of the value that you need from it. Dermatologists have understood that hypochlorous acid is incredible, and I want to help you understand how to use hypochlorous acid to be the most beneficial for you. This mist when I tell you it is so fine, you put it on your skin it sits there for a second and then it flashes off so that you're not really sitting there wet or sticky from its application. It just makes it so easy to use on the go. We formulated the skin solution spray to be incredibly stable because hypochlorous acid can be a little bit finicky and it is so important that the processing is correct so that that hypochlorous acid remains effective in solution and can continue to work its magic in the packaging and then when it's on the skin. I like to put it on after the shower, I towel dry after the shower I spritz it on especially in my armpits because I don't love wearing antiperspirant all the time and this is a really nice way for me to control body odor. I spray it on my face, usually one two one two like three spritzes on my face, it dries down in like two seconds and then I go in with my antioxidant usually my vitamin C. A lot of people wonder can you use something like hypochlorous acid and then follow it up with an antioxidant like vitamin C and yes you can, you just have to let this one dry which happens pretty much instantaneously and then you can proceed with the rest of your routine. I also like to have one of these in my to-go bag because it is really nice to refresh the skin midday."
