What the gurus are saying

The experts found this mineral sunscreen delivers on its main promise: minimal white cast without the heavy residue many mineral formulas leave behind. The trade-off is texture. One reviewer experienced some pilling when applied, though she noted it wasn't severe. Those with dry skin in cooler climates may find it feels moisturizing, and it's a solid choice for anyone avoiding chemical sunscreens, including people managing melasma or pregnant and nursing, but those in hot, humid weather may want to test it first to see how it wears.

"As a mineral sunscreen that leaves no white cast, it is really, really good. If you live in a cooler country and don't have so much sun making everything hot and humid, you might enjoy this, especially if you have really dry skin because then this is going to feel like a really good moisturizer. I will definitely go back to this in the winter months. If you are suffering from melasma, if you're pregnant, nursing, if you are anyone who doesn't want to use a chemical sunscreen, you can try this one."

"The mineral sunscreen was a little clumpy for me if I recall correctly like it pilled a bit, but it wasn't too bad in terms of the cast."
