"I love Peter Thomas Roth for the really power-packed products. This is arguably the most expensive product in my skincare collection. I have winced when I've bought this product. You know me, I am so not an eye cream person. I feel like the majority of the time it's just not necessary, but if you struggle with dark circles and want a fast correction to them, this by far is the fastest-working eye cream for dark circles that I have ever used. It's really crazy. But it was also not cheap, so by no means do you need to get this one."

"This is the only one that has consistently worked that I find myself returning to over and over again. I think I've bought like four bottles of this one alone. It really blew me away the first time I used this one because at that point I was so used to trying out eye creams for months that would give me no results or very little results. And I remember the first time I used this one, the next morning I woke up, my eyes looked brighter after one use. This is really an eye cream that you do have to be using every day because it has pure ascorbic acid and one of the downsides to ascorbic acid is that it does tend to go bad after a short period of time. So, speaking from personal experience, this is not the type of eye cream that you can have on your shelf for like 2 years and expect to see the same results. The formula does oxidize after a certain amount of time. So, I found that if I use this within 6 months, I'm good. But if I have it for any longer than 6 months, and I'm not consistently using it every day, the formula will oxidize. And I know these seem like really big drawbacks, especially for how picky I've been for every other eye cream I've talked about in this video, but I've just never been able to find a formula that works as well as this one does. So, for that reason, I'm repurchasing the Peter Thomas Roth Potent-C Power Eye Cream. It's amazing."

"I have featured this on multiple years best of videos and I believe this is like the fifth bottle that I've gone through. It is not the cheapest eye product out there. Definitely not an affordable skincare product. However, to this day, out of the hundreds of eye products that I have used, remains the best eye product for dark circles. I cannot tell you how powerful this formula is. I remember the very first time I used it. I woke up in the morning and my dark circles were literally less severe. And I was like, how is this able to work so quickly and effectively? And it really is because of the concentration of vitamin C that this has. And even out of all the different eye products that I've used, and even in the midst of my under eye area really struggling with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, this remained to be the best product to help get rid of undereye darkness and dark circles. So if you struggle with that, I cannot recommend this product more. If you already know that an eye cream is what you need, I definitely recommend this serum because it is so power packed, so effective."

"The Peter Thomas Roth Potent-C Power Eye Cream is by far the most powerful solution to my dark circles that I have ever used. This eye serum literally gave me results in one day, which is crazy because I've never been the type of person that believes you'll immediately notice a difference from a skincare product, but this one did. I've even had to space out how often I use it because when I was using it every single day, people would literally tell me your under eyes are lighter than the rest of your face. That's how well it works. I only use it two to three times per week because it's very powerful. "I have never in my life seen an eye cream work this powerfully at getting rid of my dark circles, and I've tried a lot which I really enjoyed. It's not cheap, but oh my God the results from this one, this is like the only thing that is keeping my dark circles away. The reason I'm somewhat okay with the price point is because I have to use barely any on my eyes to get the actual results. It has multiple forms of vitamin C as well as ferulic acid and other brightening agents that work well to brighten the under eye area, and for how powerful a formula it is, I've never noticed any sensitivity or irritation at all. It's literally the most expensive product that I use, but it really just is that good."

"There's an eye serum in this line too if you need targeted help to brighten the under eye skin. This one has 10% THD, 3% vitamin E, and 2% ferulic acid, very similar to the power serum. This is a great addition if you want a dedicated eye cream in your routine."

"Over the last year I've tried a lot of different eye patches, and these are the very best for brightening the under eyes that I've used all year. I don't have really a dupe option that I have found yet that has vitamin C and other skincare actives in it like this one does. But for now I am obsessed with this one. If it is out of your budget you can still try to use other eye patches that are like silicone or nice hydrating ones, but this with the vitamin C is going to give you really nice brightening. They come with a lot, they are very hydrating, a little bit delicate so you have to be careful. I use these in the morning when I'm getting ready, put them on and let them sit for 15 minutes, remove them, and you get an instant brightening of the under eye."
