What the gurus are saying

Gurus consistently praise this serum for its effective ingredient blend, lightweight texture, and exceptional value at around $12. Results on recent post-acne marks and general discoloration are widely reported and appreciated; melasma and deeply stubborn hyperpigmentation show less dramatic improvement. The community stresses that results require patience, consistency, and rigorous daily sunscreen use, since UV exposure will worsen discoloration faster than any serum can fade it. No fragrance, good layering ability, and suitability across skin types earn broad endorsement as a solid entry point or complement to stronger treatments.

"They advertise it as a highly bioavailable derivative of tranexamic acid to brighten dark spots. For me, tranexamic acid hit or miss. I didn't find huge results with it as I have with other ingredients. But we've also got acetyl glucosamine, licorice root, and then kojic acid as well. Really nice product, no scent or fragrance, and super affordable for 12 bucks."

"The Peach Slices Super Fade contains niacinamide, acetyl glucosamine, azelaic acid, green tea, and licorice root. So this one's really nice. Although I've heard from some people that said they didn't love this one, didn't find it super effective. But if you're just starting out with hyperpigmentation, might be a good one to start with because it's like 11 bucks. So really affordable, really nice product. No fragrance or anything like that."
Holy Grail or Major Fail!?!? 🍑 Peach Slices Super Fade Discoloration Serum Review, How to, Dupes
"I gave this one a 10. There's nothing to lose. You have dark spots and hyperpigmentation, this is one you can nicely end your routine and you probably notice some benefits. For the super stubborn stuff, it's worth trying, but keep your expectations clear because some hyperpigmentation is just really stubborn."
Holy Grail or Major Fail!?!? 🍑 Peach Slices Super Fade Discoloration Serum Review, How to, Dupes
"This one focuses on niacinamide and tranexamic acid. It's a good option for fighting hyperpigmentation and dark spots. Be sure to use sunscreen during the daytime. If you're not going to use sunscreen, there's no point even using this really because they're just going to get worse and more noticeable. This one worked for some of my newer hyperpigmentation spots. One actually from a scratch I noticed it helped. I've been using it there and it actually really helped. It was a lot more noticeable about a month ago. My melasma, it might have helped. I honestly didn't notice much, but my melasma that's left is super stubborn. I've tried hundreds of products on it. At this point, it's probably here to stay. What this product promises is it visibly and rapidly brightens post blemish marks, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. I would agree it does all of that. It doesn't make any promises about melasma. Melasma is its own unique hyperpigmentation. So this does a nice job."

"This product promises to visibly and rapidly brighten post-blemish marks, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation. I would agree it does all of that. It doesn't make any promises about melasma, which is its own unique hyperpigmentation. This does a nice job and delivers on all the promises, and in my opinion, this will work well for all skin types: oily, dry, sensitive, and acne-prone. There are no ingredients known to be problematic for acne-prone skin. For the price, that's the even better part. It's 1 oz, 30 milliliters for 12 bucks, which these days you can't find much for 12 bucks or under. It's got a nice texture, good packaging, good ingredients, great price, and it's cruelty-free. If you have dark spots, this one's a nice one to try."

"There's no scent to this one but it feels really nice, it sets to kind of a nice matte finish. It's full of goodies with mat cas, azelaic acid, panthenol, green tea. It's a little bit tacky of a finish but you're going to apply something over it so it's not a big deal. I feel nice, I'll keep using it."

"Santella, madicaside, aiaticide, and asiatic acid are antioxidants that are anti-inflammatory and have been shown to portend benefits for the healing and recovery of the skin and are even thought to be beneficial for healing of a scar. It's fragrance-free, lightweight, and super affordable. I really enjoyed using this myself personally. I found it very hydrating, moisturizing, and soothing. It just helped to brighten up overall skin complexion. If you're going to try this out, try using it twice a day. Apply it to the face first thing in the morning either after cleansing or to a dry bare face, allow it to dry so it's no longer wet to the touch and then put sunscreen on over it. That's a great pairing for tackling dark marks. At night time after cleansing, apply it to clean, damp skin. You can use this alongside other ingredients provided you tolerate the combination. It's wonderful for sensitive, dry, oily, acne prone. Any sort of skin type could use this just fine. It's moisturizing without being greasy or heavy. It's very lightweight and layers under sunscreen quite well once it has dried down."

Trying A Tinted Sunscreen Gel
"I just finished the discoloration serum, Super Fade from Peach Slices. Really enjoyed this four and a half percent niacinamide serum with licorice root, centella, and then subtle trenbolone amate mezolate. It's very lightweight, very hydrating and pretty affordable. Good for discoloration, dark spots, redness and just moisturizing the skin."
Three sunscreens in one day| HOW DO THEY LOOK?
"I've continued to use this Peach Slices Super Fade and I've rather been enjoying this. It's very soothing. It's got 4.5% niacinamide, a reasonable percentage for tackling dark spots and redness. The moisture barrier complements the action of your topical retinoid. This also has compounds from centella which are soothing and anti-inflammatory. Licorice root extract is really good for redness, and it has sodium tranexamic mesylate, which is a modified form of tranexamic acid that may be helpful for redness as well and the moisture barrier. An underrated aspect of putting tranexamic acid on the skin is that it has been shown to be helpful for the moisture barrier. So it may ultimately be an ingredient that's helpful for reducing irritation in the skin."

*NEW* Peach Slices Super Fade Discoloration Serum
"I actually love this product. It's very lightweight but it's moisturizing, it's not greasy, it's not oily. It's a thin texture, products layer on top of it easily whether it be something you're using in the daytime like your sunscreen will go over this just fine, never got any peeling in that regard. Also great at night time and it spreads on the skin like a dream. It doesn't give you any slip or resistance, it is not oily, it doesn't have fragrance. I definitely do note an improvement in overall skin tone. I think overall this is a great option for tackling uneven skin tone, discoloration, hyperpigmentation and redness."

"It spreads on the skin like a dream, it doesn't give you any slip or resistance, it is not oily, it doesn't have fragrance. I'm someone my skin does well with niacinamide, I use a lot of niacinamide in my routine, but I definitely do note an improvement in overall skin tone. There are some days where I don't use any niacinamide and I do see a difference when I bring it back into my routine, including with this product. I think overall this is a great option for tackling uneven skin tone, discoloration, hyperpigmentation, and redness. But you have to have some background expectation going in. If you have post-acne hyperpigmentation or redness or you have had some kind of inflammatory skin issue that has left the skin discolored or red, you have to think about a few things. The extent to which a skincare product is going to help depends on you being consistent with it and also being really, really patient. It will take significantly longer for dark spots, for redness to fade depending on a few things. How good you are with sun protection is huge, especially for hyperpigmentation but also redness and barrier issues. Also the initial inciting event, whether it be an acne breakout or some type of eczema, how long that inflammatory issue went on untreated is a key driver in how long the discoloration is going to persist."

"It has good absorption and it's one of those products that fits in the layering routine in many possible iterations of a routine, and provided you're not putting it on over a layer of petroleum jelly which will limit penetration of anything, you're likely going to get decent absorption of some of these ingredients. In my opinion, this is another win from Peach Slices. I really have liked this and I think they did a great job with this."
