"This product is a mix of 10% AHA and PHA along with physical exfoliation, and it's really been doing the job for me whereas other body scrubs with AHAs and BHAs weren't necessarily my favorite. I use this everywhere, really I've been enjoying this on my knees, on the chicken skin on the back of my arms, my bum cheeks, my back, my shoulders, and it's great for all skin types. It's super gentle as long as you don't go scrubbing really hard. What I used to do was use a chemical exfoliant on a cotton pad after the shower, but this does it all in one in the shower then you can moisturize straight out after. It's a lot more time-saving. I've really really been loving this and I'll keep repurchasing it."
