What the gurus are saying

No BS Beauty rates it highly; Dr Dray passed. Dr Dray: "The Peach and Lily Ginger Melt Cleansing Oil was a bit of a fail for me, not a complete fail, I continue to use it, it works, it's effective, but I was a bit like, okay, cleansing oil, so what, it's not magical, not a sensorial experience, just kind of blah, kind of bland."

"The Peach and Lily Ginger Melt Cleansing Oil was a bit of a fail for me, not a complete fail, I continue to use it, it works, it's effective, but I was a bit like, okay, cleansing oil, so what, it's not magical, not a sensorial experience, just kind of blah, kind of bland. It has sunflower seed oil, grapeseed oil, pineapple fruit extract, which for some people might actually end up being irritating, and some anti-inflammatory ingredients like licorice root and centella asiatica, but overall it's just very neutral. The texture isn't particularly oily, it's more like a shampoo texture, there's a bit of a grip to it, it feels silicone heavy even though it isn't in terms of the ingredients, and it has a bit of an odd odor. It's not bad, it does the job, it's just thirty five dollars, and it just didn't bring anything else to the table compared to my favorite cleansing oils. It does emulsify just fine and it does rinse off well, I had no issue using it to remove eye makeup and water resistant sunscreen."
