Using this a few times a week either in the morning or at night as part of your overall skincare regimen would be great if you're targeting acne. If you are using a topical retinoid at night, especially like a prescription tretinoin or adapalene, then I would alternate at night. If you have sensitive skin, otherwise you can certainly use this in the morning a few times a week and then continue topical retinoid at night. It all depends on your skin sensitivity."
