Enriched Calming Toner.

"It's refreshing and even a little cooling and soothing to the skin. The texture is very runny and milky, and it looks very light. At first application it feels light with that hydration, but as it starts to absorb into the skin and the texture settles, you notice a richness that's very surprising for the fluidity of this texture. There's a richness here, a nourishment, not really a creamy silkiness, but an actual richness that feels almost like a watery oil. That's actually what's happening in the ingredients list. There are beautiful humectants here, but then there's a lot of plant oils offering a ton of moisturization, nourishment, and skin softening. They're using evening primrose oil, borage seed oil, and a couple of other oils that offer nourishment but also strong antioxidant protection. This is one of those textures that plays with your mind because when you see it, you think it's really watery with just a kiss of moisture. But actually there's richness here, almost like a watery oil feel, that's really lovely for this season because it's light. It doesn't weigh down on the skin like a creamy moisturizer would or like a thicker essence or toner texture that has more body to it."
