"This duo blush is a cream and powder combo, and applying it the way Patrick Ta suggests, powder first then tapping the cream on top, ended up way too pigmented, just a little too much for my skin tone. The cream formula is something Korean brands already have tons of similar versions of. I'd give it a B to C. Some people will need it if they have a darker complexion, but I'm not interested anymore in this brand, so not really recommending it."

"What I was originally going to say about these products are they are not worth it. They're pretty useless for the price. I've never tried them. I've seen people try them online on their hands swatching them and it basically looks like dust. Makeup is meant to have pigment. It is a lightweight blush. However, here's what gets me about these products. The pigmentation, the depth, and the heaviness of your blend depends on you. You can use the most pigmented blush in the whole world ever and make it look blended out and faded out and less pigmented by using less product, less pigment, mixing it with a bit of your powder or put some of your other powder on top. You do not need to sell people a poorly pigmented powder for more than whatever the price is. I also don't think a lot of people need this. I don't think anyone in their everyday life needs this. I don't think any makeup artists need this. Really, a makeup artist will know how to blend and fade powder into another. It's not solving a problem. It's always the price point that gets me and in this case, everything else that goes around it. You also need to bear in mind as well that with a product like this that doesn't kick off that much pigment, technique matters as well. I've seen a lot of people say as well that a problem has been created for the sake of it."

"For blush, Patrick Ta has 20% off his entire website, and I felt like the blushes that anyone would love are these blush duos. I have two shades that I grabbed: Just Enough, which is this light pink, and She Goes to the Gym, which is one of my favorites. They're really really pigmented but so pretty. The fun part about those is you can take the cream after the powder."

"You just can't go wrong with the Patrick Ta blush duos. These are the ones that have the cream and powder in them, so you get a two-in-one formula. I feel like the price already is really great because you get two products in one, and the color selection is insane. These are some of my absolute favorite blush formulas, and the two-in-one situation really just makes it worth it. My top two shades personally are the more pinky shades. I love She's That Girl, which is this one. I actually have this powder blush popped on the apples of the cheeks. Then if you love that more cool-toned bubblegum pink, She's a Doll is a really gorgeous color. You can find anything no matter what your preference or skin tone is with the range that he's got."

"I want to go with Patrick Ta because you're going to get a cream and you're going to get a powder. We always start with cream, finish with powder. Patrick himself though likes to put powder and then top it with a cream. What my makeup artist did that I loved was she went cream then powder and then at the very end of the whole makeup look put a little bit more cream on top of the powder to just give a little dewiness."

"I love this blush. You go up under the eye. I love to just neutralize the colors with blush so I don't need to add like more concealer and make it creasy."

"The formulas are meant to be together so they just work so beautifully. The color range is gorgeous, the finish is so incredible, and even though this color might seem intense it just isn't. When you apply it everything is so soft and works beautifully. I love, love, love it. I know Patrick Ta is not super cheap, but if you're looking for a new blush, these are just going to be my go-to for spring and summer."

Grab a snack, we have LOTS of new makeup to try
"I have the new Patrick Ta Duos that I realize are so expensive. I wore them for the first time, one of the shades I wore a couple of nights ago to dinner for my birthday, and oh my God. This is Talk to My Team on the top, we have this really beautiful vanilla shade, really gorgeous vanilla that has like a peach peachy sort of feel to this vanilla with kind of like an icy vanilla sheen. You've got a shift to both of them, both of the colors where if you turn one way it looks a little bit more pink, if you turn the other way it looks a little bit more gold, really gorgeous. They are so impressive. They are quite expensive, each individual palette is $42, very expensive for two eyeshadows, however this pearl does not exist with any filler in the product, it is pure pearl."
