"I don't know what kind of plastic they use for those bottles, but it breaks at the drop of a hat. If you drop the bottle, the cap is going to break off in the most inconvenient way. But their shampoos are okay, they're nice, they get the job done, and I haven't had any issue with them."

"I love the Oribe Shampoo as well. The thing I love about the shampoo is most shampoos feel like they really dry and strip my hair, and they even feel dry in the shower, but with this my hair feels so creamy. I was washing my hair this morning and I was thinking about what is it about the feel when it's wet and I've just rinsed out the shampoo but I haven't put on the conditioner yet, and I was like my hair feels creamy. It doesn't feel dry, it doesn't feel coarse, it doesn't feel roughed up. It just feels smooth and hydrated and really creamy. I love the shampoo and the conditioner."
