"I really wanted to see how much improvement I can get with LED masks and that's really what started my journey and I basically paired it with my face because why not. And I have to say about 5 to 6 months into using it I have noticed that the wrinkles, the depth of the wrinkles and the extensiveness of just how visible they are have definitely softened. In fact, Omnilux I believe has the most number of published literature on the efficacy of their products. This is actually one that I have incorporated into my skincare routine on a weekly basis for the past 6 months now. I use their face mask as well as their neck and chest mask three times a week and I love it because this one is silicone based, it's moldable, you have velcro straps that you will basically strap onto your face and neck. The treatment sessions are doable but not super time intensive, usually about 3 to 5 sessions per week, they're 10 minute sessions each. And then after about 4 to 6 weeks that is your treatment phase, you go on to maintenance and use as often as you like.
