"I really have enjoyed the new launch from Nutrafol, like their hair care line in particular. The shampoo is what I'm recommending in this video because I use this one on a more regular basis. It's their Root Purifier Scalp Shampoo for Thinning Hair. In general, shampoos are really important, just like cleansers are for skin, to keeping our scalp healthy. If we're thinning hair or losing hair, inflammation contributes to that, and if you want to grow hair you really can't talk about effective hair growth products if your scalp is not healthy. This shampoo is very gentle, which is what I need if I do wash my hair on a daily basis. I'll alternate between an anti-dandruff clarifying shampoo and then using this more gentle one if I need to wash my hair the next day, that way it cleanses my scalp but keeps everything in balance without over-stripping my scalp and hair. Ingredient-wise it contains gentle biosurfactants along with vegan protein and prebiotics that all work together to help replenish the scalp moisture barrier, gently cleanses without disturbing the microbiome, and the prebiotic can help to replenish."

"More recently I switched over to a shampoo from Nutrifol. They recently came out with a shampoo specifically made for people who have thinning hair, and I just started using that recently and I'm hoping to see some more nice changes with it.
