"The numbuzin Number 9 NAD+ PDRN Glow Boosting Toner is the first bottle I've emptied of this product, and I really do enjoy it. It's a toner but it feels almost like an essence. If you look at the ingredients list there's a lot going on besides just humectant hydrating ingredients, there's NAD+, PDRN, and about 50 peptides. It's a nice booster product for a skincare routine. I'm not mad at it, I would happily use this again, and with everything going on in the formula it can double as a toner and an essence in a routine."
