"This promises to revitalize the skin, fade hyperpigmentation, perk up dull skin, and provide additional brightening effects with the glutathione, and I would say this delivers on all of those accounts. It also helps plump up the skin a bit, helps fight wrinkles, and provide anti-aging benefits as well. I think they are underselling this because it does a lot of good things with those peptides in there for anti-aging, which are amazing. It looks pretty friendly for most skin types including acne-prone, sensitive, and dry skin. If your skin is on the oilier side, I'd probably recommend using this one at night just because of that radiant finish, but if it works for you in your morning routine, go for it. For oily skin it might be a bit much throughout the day. For acne-prone skin, vitamin E is the only ingredient of note, so no issues with that. The full size is 200 ml and retails for 20 bucks, so it's a pretty good deal, although a little bit does not go a long way. I wish this didn't have a sticky finish. Butane glycol is pretty high up there and it's a pretty sticky ingredient, which is probably why it's so tacky."

"It's got some peptides although I have a feeling the actual vitamin C in here probably isn't very high amounted, not going to do a whole ton because the pH of this feels like it's not super low. But nothing wrong with throwing it in there and leaving it in there since it's got some brightening ingredients. Arbutin is in there, glutathione is another good one. It feels very nice, very happy with it. Yeah, feels nice, so far so good. And I think it did a pretty good job removing my leftover oil and skin care products."

But over time as you consistently use this, you're going to notice that there's going to be a perkup in your complexion, particularly for folks who have a little bit of unevenness or dullness to your skin tone. I think you're going to see a lot of benefit from using a product like this. It's not the best at targeting hyperpigmentation, but combining it with another active like a targeted serum with brightening actives, I think that it can really maximize your results. So it can act as a boosting toner or just an overall complexion glowup product too. It offers deep replenishment but in a thin, watery texture and it's layerable. "It absolutely brightens your skin. In my experience, what it's worked for fading is those marks left over from acne. I get a lot of those and I'm constantly dealing with it, so it really helps to fade those. As far as long-term sun freckles and damage, not quite as meaningful. I would definitely go for some of the more concentrated, targeted treatments for that. But if you're just looking to fade fresh acne marks, this helps that a lot. If you're looking to really bring up your dull complexion or an uneven complexion, this will work for that. It's a very good brightener, but for really tough and stubborn pigmentation you'll still want to have a serum. This can act as a booster product to that. But if it's more fresh hyperpigmentation from acne or dull skin, this will brighten your skin for sure."

"I love the texture of this toner because it has a bouncy jelly-like quality to it. You can see it has quite a bit of body but it's still runny, and as you get this onto your skin and swipe it, that first swipe it actually starts to become more watery. It's not quite as thick as it appears when you first pour it out of the bottle and it actually dives into the skin quite deep. It does deliver a nice amount of hydration. That little bit of gel or jelly-like texture kind of plumps out the skin and it does leave the skin feeling really nicely balanced. There's just a touch of moisture to this but it's not like a greasy oily type of moisture. I don't feel that the brighteners are watered down in this formula. I can feel the vitamin C. If you're sensitive to ascorbic acid do not use this. I can be sensitive to ascorbic acid and I can feel the ascorbic acid in this formula. So probably skip out on this if ascorbic acid is not for you. But generally I am very impressed with how concentrated this is. I am impressed with how fast this works."
