"The third ingredient is ethanol. Third ingredient is alcohol. I just don't understand why. You want to do the quick dry feel, but the downside of this is so enormous. It makes no sense. I can actually taste the alcohol. This is horrendous. Plus fragrance. And they've actually put in PHA. I love PHA as a very gentle exfoliator, but why on earth would you then put that in with alcohol and fragrance? Are you trying to irritate skin of color and make the worst product possible?"
