"For severely dry cracked winter hands, Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream is one of my favorites. It's glycerin rich with glycerin that really draws in moisture very well like a sponge and retains moisture and it survives multiple hand washes. It comes out feeling pretty thick, like Vaseline or Aquaphor, but when you rub it in, it really does have a nice finish, like an extra layer of skin. You don't have that sticky, tacky feeling like Aquaphor or Vaseline, and it just really rubs in well, so you can start off your day with it and as you go about your day in clinic or at the hospital, this can survive multiple hand washes. It's just an old school formula that works. Great for winter dryness, healthcare workers, and parents with young kids who are always washing their hands."
