What the gurus are saying

Gurus consistently praise this as a top-tier eye serum for depuffing and tackling multiple aging concerns at once, particularly crepiness and dark circles. The formula's lightweight texture and high peptide content earn repeated mention, along with its compatibility with other actives and makeup. The main theme is that a single drop covers both eyes effectively, making it economical and easy to layer into any routine.

"I'm somebody that wakes up puffy almost every single morning around my eyes and this is one of my go-to eye serums to depuff. But not only does it help to depuff, it's great for those that have dark circles, fine lines and wrinkles, crow's feet, crepiness, texture, you're lacking that brightness around the eyes. This is great for all of those skin concerns. There's several types of peptides in here, antioxidants, it's wonderful and it's also very hydrating. You don't need much, just one little drop on your finger and that will be enough for both of your eyes because less is more when it comes to the eye area. It spreads really nicely, it is lightweight, it doesn't interfere with makeup or sunscreen, it's very nourishing as well. I've been using this eye serum for a very long time."
Top Pick: under eye serum for aging

5 SKINCARE MUST-HAVES THAT ACTUALLY FIRM SKIN AND MINIMIZES SIGNS OF AGING
"I've been talking about this for several years and this really is one of the best under eye serums to tackle signs of aging especially firming the skin. This will help with dark circles, puffiness, crepiness, dullness, and those crow's feet, and as long as you're consistent you can help to soften those in time as well. This has a lot of peptides in it, there's ascorbic acid which is the purest form of vitamin C, there's a vitamin C derivative in here, there's niacinamide, there's Centella asiatica, honestly the list goes on, there are so many impressive anti-aging ingredients that are in here and I truly haven't found anything like it. There isn't retinol in here so if you are looking for an under eye serum that doesn't have retinol then you're safe with this one. This one can be used every day twice a day and you can use this with your peptide serums, with your vitamin C, with tret. I do use a lot through the week, if I'm not using this at night then I'm using this in the morning. It's one of my go-tos especially in my morning because I do find it helps to depuff really well and it's very hydrating. All you need is one."
MY MORNING ANTI-AGING SKINCARE ROUTINE | A.M. SUMMER SKINCARE ROUTINE | OVER 30
"Neostrata Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate is one of my favorite eye serums. This one contains additional ingredients that The Ordinary Eye Serum does not have, it actually contains ascorbic acid, which is Vitamin C, and peptides in here. If you have dark circles, this could be a great option for you. I just put one drop on my ring finger and that's all you need for both of your eyes. A little bit goes a long way with this. It spreads nice and it's very lightweight. This is hydrating but it also helps to plump up the skin around the eyes as well."

BEST EYE SERUMS FOR ANTI-AGING | 2024 | DARK CIRCLES, PUFFINESS, FINE LINES/WRINKLES | OVER 30
"Ruscus aculeatus is an ingredient that helps to depuff. There's other wonderful ingredients in here like niacinamide, it's very hydrating, it's plumping, it does help to improve dark circles, texture, crepiness, all of that good stuff. And I can't recommend this enough. It really is one of the best with the Neostrata brand. The Neostrata brand is more advanced, they use ingredients that are more advanced. If you want something that is more advanced, something that has several different types of peptides, of course we have vitamin C in here, and then ingredients to help depuff and correct dark circles, then I would say you should look into this. It's thin like water and there is a little bit of a thickness to it which helps to moisturize the skin, but it always sits great underneath sunscreen and makeup and it never pills."

"This one for me has been all about repairing the crepy skin, it's a textural thing. I find the two of these together are just the gold standard and I've never without them."
