"I am pretty obsessed with this. I use this every day, sometimes twice a day. This one doesn't have retinol or retinol, but it does have peptides, it has antioxidants, there is niacinamide in here for those that have discoloration and dark circles, and there's also vitamin C and the list goes on. This is very hydrating. I do feel like this is quite plumping as well. This one has more of an oily, watery texture, whereas other options are more of a gel. This one does sit nicely underneath eye cream, sunscreen, and makeup. You don't have to worry about peeling. I've never experienced it. I've never had an issue with irritation with this one. I never had dryness with this, and this really is effective to keep everything nice and smooth and bright but also to help soften those fine lines as well. However, this is a cream whereas others are oil-based serums. So I think it really comes down to what texture you prefer in terms of application. If you like something a little bit creamier and richer, versus if you're somebody that likes a more serum-based approach, then you could absolutely go for the Neod Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate. Both work in terms of reducing dark circles, puffiness, inflammation, and have some great anti-aging benefits."
