What the gurus are saying

Gurus praise this as a rare, comprehensive active treatment for body skin, addressing neglected areas prone to crepiness and sagging. The dual retinol and exfoliating acid formula in a creamy serum base appeals to those wanting to extend their facial skincare routine to the body. The main hesitation is price, though dermatologists still recommend it despite the cost.

"One of my favorite products is still the Necessaire Body Retinol. It combines your retinol and your exfoliating acid into a pretty decent-sized product, and I think it is probably still one of the most complete products out there for tone on the body. It's something I recommend in the office all the time, but because it's kind of expensive I do always caveat it with a budget-friendly alternative."

"Another skincare product that you could pick up during the sale that I think would be really nice is the Necessaire Body Retinol. I've spoken about this many times before. I feel like your body is a little bit neglected like we're all about the retinoids and the exfoliants on our face and then our body skin is like hey what about me, I'm getting kind of crepy and saggy also. So having something like a body retinol I think is amazing. This also has alpha hydroxy acids. It's kind of like this plushy creamy serum and you can apply this like head to toe. It's 0.1% retinol which is like a good concentration and then a 10% blend of alpha hydroxy acids, I think it's glycolic acid and maybe mandelic acid. This is really nice if you're trying to kind of up your body care game and you want some actives in your body care."
