"If I was in the US I would be using Naturium. You have a retinaldehyde serum cream. They actually have two different strengths depending on where you are: 0.05 or 0.1. For me I'd be going for the 0.1. Just making sure that you build it into a routine very slowly. This is the one I would be using if I was in the US."
