"I don't like it. It's not, you know, it's okay, but I really will be excited to be done with it. Here's the thing about it that I find very sketchy: it claims to offer exfoliation and it's making that claim based on the fact that it has fermented pomegranate in it, and that's going to have some acids in it, but like how much, right? I'm really glad I bought it, tried it, reviewed it, because some things get really popular on social media and you might assume that they're going to be amazing, and to me that was just a letdown."

"This is packed full of fermented ingredients and fermented ingredients are key for hydration. If you ferment an ingredient it is studied and clinically proven to add extra hydration versus the original unfermented ingredient, so ferments are going to be a dry skin person's literal Holy Grail and best friend. This Bean Essence has very few ingredients and yet somehow guarantees you the plumpest, juiciest skin of your life. It comes in a really nice texture. It is a little bit on the tacky side, but don't worry, you work that in and it will disappear without a trace. I think that thickness of viscosity is key because that's really what's going to dial up that hydration and really nourish, and those fermented ingredients are perfection. This is super affordable when you consider one pump will do the whole face. Whilst you get maximum plumping and hydration you just don't get that sticky, tacky feel that you can get with some other hydrating serums. For me that is gold. Personally I love this. It's simple in terms of its formulation and its ingredient profile, but don't let simplicity fool you, it is going to be a powerhouse hydrator. I absolutely love it for it to sink in to perfection. Make sure you're applying it onto damp skin, a spritz of that saris mist followed by that Bean Essence, and your skin will be hydrated to the gods literally all day long."

"What makes this so special is how it delivers so many amazing outcomes in so few ingredients. Mixon prides themselves on delivering maximum outcomes with minimum number of ingredients, just focusing on those ingredients which are going to be most beneficial to the skin. I love this because if you've got sensitive skin, the best thing you can do is minimize the total number of ingredients. You don't have to compromise on outcomes, just minimize the amount of filler ingredients in the products that you use. I was genuinely gobsmacked when I read the ingredients list of this: seven ingredients and I got some of the best outcomes that I think I've ever seen from a skincare product. So I would say that's definitely testament to its quality rather than quantity when it comes to ingredients in a skincare serum."

"It's designed to give basically the same feel as snail mucin. It's very thick and it's definitely got a thick viscosity to it and a gel-like feel. It's designed to do what snail mucin would but without the snails involved. This one plumps, hydrates, and duels. It definitely does all of that. So if you're somebody that wants that instant glass skin look, super glossy, super smooth, glowing to the gods, this will give you that in an instant. The only reason I'm saying it's mixed for me is I hate the texture, really hate that slime in it. I just don't like it. If you like snail mucin you'll love this. If like me you didn't like the texture of snail mucin, this is still going to be a pass for you. It does deliver that glow on the skin. If you want that glow this is the product to deliver it. You're just going to have to accept it's a little on the slimy side for me at least."
