"I particularly love ethyl ascorbic acid. We've talked about this for years, [...] and I really love it more and more over time. The Minimalist is a product we talked about in a recent video. Great price point, ethyl ascorbic acid, gentle as can be on the skin. So if you haven't used vitamin C before, it's a good one. If you have used vitamin C before and couldn't tolerate it, you still might like this one. A good one to check out."

"They put in 15% 3-O ethyl ascorbic acid, which I love. They put in humectant, so those are water magnets, and they put in ferulic acid, which I also love. It's a niche safe product: no charcoal, no fragrance, no essential oils. But again, the packaging is not ideal. If you had changed the formula and you changed the packaging, I would give this a 10 out of 10. But as it is, I'm just not a fan of the packaging because of the oxygen situation."
