This would be a good compliment if you're someone who really wants to go all out for hair growth and you're looking for an over-the-counter blend to complement hero ingredients like minoxidil or Rogaine. This would be great. There are some studies showing it can be beneficial, some studies comparing it to minoxidil. It's one of those things where you're not studying it against minoxidil to show you use it instead of it. The thought process should be you should use it with it.
