"I don't expect really any significant benefits from an exfoliating cleanser this one included. No knock on the formulation, love the formulation, the product is absolutely fine. It's kind of a gelish cleanser with a little bit of lather, a very similar aesthetic across most of their cleansers. But I wouldn't expect huge results with this, so this is kind of just an average cleanser."

"So this is a big big mistake and absolutely should not be worn on skin of color. [...] It says 7% glycolic acid, there's obviously a risk of burns. And then if you splash your face with hot water, which a lot of people wash their face with hot water, heat activates acids and it makes them more potent. This is why if you have a chemical peel on the face, which is what this basically is, and then you go and have a hot shower, you will burn your face because it activates acid."
