  • Highly pigmented, a little goes a long way
  • Blends smoothly without tackiness
  • Dewy, glowy finish

What they flagged

Nothing. None of the experts who reviewed it raised a problem.

    What the gurus are saying

This blush blends seamlessly and delivers serious pigment, so a tiny amount covers the cheeks without looking patchy or greasy. The formula glides on smoothly with a natural dewy finish that reads fresh rather than sticky. Those who like a nude tone may want to build it gradually, since even the lightest shade packs enough color to go darker than expected with a heavy hand.

"I'm going to use a cream blush and then reinforce it with a powder. I'm going to use the Milani Cheek Kiss Nude Kiss 110. I think it's better to go in with something a little bit more nude because I'm going to reinforce it with another Milani blush. I want like a cream base. It's a pretty color."

"It's very pigmented, a little bit goes a long way. [...] This is the lightest shade but it still is very very pigmented, so just keep that in mind. [...] It blends itself out, it's so nice."

"The Milani cheek kiss cream blushes are really good. It is such a smooth formula that has just the right amount of pigmentation. It glides really well, it doesn't look overly greasy but it's still going to give you that glowy look to the cheeks. I just take a beauty blender and apply it to the cheekbones and it gives that luminosity that is so flattering. It blends into the skin, it's not tacky at all. It just makes my skin look very dewy and fresh. It's gorgeous. The color 110 nude kiss is a nice natural cheek color that I always reach back for."

"I just bought this last week. I love this, this is amazing. It's so easy to apply, not overly pigmented, really really good stuff."

    What the evidence says.

Independent of what the gurus think, this is what the published research supports about the main active ingredients here.

    Sunscreen filters

Sun protection is the best evidenced way to slow visible ageing, and the filters are what does the work. Mineral and chemical filters both protect when a product is applied thickly enough and often enough, which is where most people fall short rather than on the choice of filter.

    Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an antioxidant, and it is often in a formula to keep the other ingredients stable rather than as the active itself. It pairs well with vitamin C, though on its own the evidence for visible change is limited.
