If you don't like thick layers on your skin or if they're too rich and your cheek sticks to your pillow, or if you just have those sensory issues, you may want to try this one out. "This one has become one of my favorite skincare things since last year. It dethroned my previous favorite, which is the Medicube overnight wrapping mask. The texture of this one is kind of what makes all the difference, it's a thick creamy mochi paste, and the texture makes the application process a little better. I feel like you end up using less because you apply it much like you're applying a moisturizer. I love how it transforms from that creamy mochi into just a transparent like glass film. It makes my skin feel so cool and calm, which is also great for the hotter months coming up. As it's drying you can definitely feel everything tightening and firming, which is not a bad feeling. I also always marvel at how well this adheres to the skin. I sleep on my face and the film is not disrupted, everything stays intact. When I remove this, my skin is glowing and the moisturizer underneath still feels fresh, and usually by the next morning I can't feel the moisturizer on my skin anymore, but with this it's like I just freshly applied it and my skin is so glowy."

"This overnight collagen mask is my least favorite product of everything I'm covering today. It's a small amount for the price, and it looks amazing on the skin the moment you put it on, but it's very uncomfortable while you're wearing it because you have to leave it on the whole night. There's too much stimulus on the skin and the texture is runny, so if you don't have a brush you can't even apply it properly. On top of that, the hydration is nothing more than what you'd get from a normal serum. Save your money."

"I reviewed the Medicube Collagen Wrapping Mask before and tried it again for this video. I checked the bad reviews first, people saying give me my money back, not worth the money. When I tried it myself it is pretty pricey and really runny, hard to apply on your face, so you have to leave it on overnight. After a few minutes it started to feel itchy and irritating and stuffy, and by morning it was already too dried out. I would never recommend it for oily or acne prone skin, it can clog the pores and a lot of reviews say it breaks them out. The only good thing is you get that glass skin look for photos or TikTok, but removing it is so painful, it sticks all over and gets nasty, so I recommend washing your face right after."

"After I wipe it off, my skin feels a lot better, more bouncy and much more hydrated, but I think I'm not going to use it anymore because it takes too long and isn't worth that much effort. Whenever you apply it, it's too sticky and too watery, so it ends up all over your fingers, and after twenty minutes it just peels off, that's trash. Even right before bed I just wanted to get rid of it, and it still felt stuffy and dried out by morning. I think they wanted to make something like a Biodance overnight mask, but this one fails because the mask isn't easy to wipe off like rice paper, it's just everywhere, so I ended up washing it out. It is hydrating, but I think the procedure is too long, I'd rather just do an overnight mask."

"Collagen doesn't get into the skin, but it's actually a nice, great moisturizer. I actually really enjoyed this experience. I found it quite moisturizing. And if you need something really visual for your morning shed, this would be a good option. I do hate trying to get it out of the beard and hairline. That's my knock on that one."

Ingredient wise it contains hydrolyzed collagen that really acts as a humectant to support our skin barrier and then indirectly reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. When your skin looks plump and healthy, it improves dullness, improves dryness, and your skin looks younger and more rejuvenated in general. It also contains hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and peptides, which support your skin barrier."

"I would highly, highly, highly recommend the Medicube Collagen Night Wrapping Mask. [...] I was shocked at how much I loved this. I had to try it because it's one of those gaspy products everyone calls viral, and it actually is. It's £28.50 roughly, depending on where you shop. This is a mask you can leave on for about 15 minutes or however long it takes to dry, or you can wear it overnight. [...] They say it has hyaluronic acid and ceramide to provide 8 hours of hydration, locking in natural moisture and strengthening the skin barrier for a healthy complexion, niacinamide to help with uneven skin tone and brighten the skin, and [...] collagen as a nice humectant. What I love about this one in particular is it's almost watery, so whilst that makes it a little bit fiddly to apply, I'd actually recommend dripping it onto your face and then rubbing it on with a silicone brush. [...] That watery texture helps you get a more even spread, and it's very difficult to apply thick layers because it's so light. They actually recommend using it in place of your moisturizer, especially in the evening."

"My favorite mask of the year. It actually got me back into masking because I definitely dropped off masking halfway through the year, I just wasn't bothered by it anymore. But the Medicube Collagen Night Wrapping Mask, I just love it. It's an overnight peel-off mask designed to enhance skin elasticity, hydration, and radiance whilst you sleep. It creates this film that not only contains ingredients to help restore and maintain your skin barrier but creates a physical barrier, so all your skincare can just work overnight without that water loss and hydration loss that we all experience throughout the night. It has collagen extract, which, yes, doesn't penetrate the skin, but it's a great humectant so it can help with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, giving you firmer-looking skin, alongside hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate in this case. There's niacinamide as well to help even out your skin tone, brighten skin, help with excess sebum production, but also help strengthen the skin barrier, and I think a lot of people don't see this as a skin-barrier-friendly ingredient. Along with ceramides to help maintain the skin's natural barrier, further preventing moisture loss and enhancing hydration. I love this because I can put it on at the end of the day after my skincare routine, it dries in an hour, but I then don't have to wait to wash it off or anything like that. I can go to bed, I can sleep in it."

"It feels like skin and you can sleep on your pillow. It uses collagen to really add that dewy, plump glow. Collagen is not great for anti-aging unless you consider temporarily plumping out fine lines to be anti-aging. You can leave this on just until it's dry, maybe an hour; it dries in about 15 minutes, but you can leave it on for an hour, then peel it away, and I feel like you get the same effect as if you left it on overnight. I really, really liked this one. It's another mask I have backups of, just for those special occasions, especially going into winter if your skin is feeling extra dry."

A few times when I tried this I noticed by the time I woke up it was already peeling off in areas, but in other areas really stubborn to get off the skin. So in summary, no, this is a pass, I do not recommend it. There are much better hydrating overnight masks out there."
