"The Medicube Collagen Night Wrapping Mask is interesting because of the way it acts as an occlusive. It has this thick gel texture that you spread across your skin into a very thin layer and it actually dries on your skin, kind of like a peeloff mask, and you sleep in this. So this actually creates a nonmoisturizing and non-hydrating layer that sits on top that will fight dehydration while you sleep. And then you just peel it off in the morning. It actually works as an occlusive very nicely. If you don't like thick layers on your skin or if they're too rich and your cheek sticks to your pillow, or if you just have those sensory issues, you may want to try this one out. It actually is pretty comfortable to sleep in."

"Let's talk about the Medicube Collagen Night Wrapping Mask. First and foremost, I will say I don't think this is a bad product. This is just one of those products where I used it and I was like, all right, okay, I don't get it though. Like it's not bad, but I don't understand the hype. If you use this product, if you like this product, keep using it, keep loving it. But what I want to talk about with this product in particular is why is it so hyped, though. This mask, it's not like those collagen hydrogel masks that you sleep in, that is so 2024. This is a new way to do a collagen night mask. This is something that you put onto your face at the end of your skincare routine about fifteen minutes before you go to bed, and you sleep in this."

"Collagen doesn't get into the skin, but it's actually a nice, great moisturizer. I actually really enjoyed this experience. I found it quite moisturizing. And if you need something really visual for your morning shed, this would be a good option. I do hate trying to get it out of the beard and hairline. That's my knock on that one."

"I've been so into overnight masking lately and the kind of sleeping masks that I've been using now is just a whole other game. This is something my dry winter skin benefits so much from and really protects it overnight. If there is one to try I highly recommend Medicube Collagen Night Wrapping Mask. It is totally skin plumping and you look like you have plastic skin after you've done your entire evening routine. You wait a bit and then apply this about 30 minutes before you go to bed. It only takes about 15 to 30 minutes to completely dry down and I kid you not, no matter how much I move my head around while I'm sleeping or rub my face or bury my face in the pillow, when I wake up in the morning the layer is not disrupted. The peel off is one of the most satisfying things ever. I really get the sense that my skincare has just absorbed everything and is super soft, smooth, and looks blurred. I would use this every single night if I could. If you can get it with the spatula I would recommend that. You apply just the amount you need which is a lot less than you think, and the peel off is also way more satisfying. I can get a complete one try peel off whereas when I'm using with my fingers it's not as even."

"Overnight masks are probably what I'm using most currently, mainly because of the drier, colder environment taking a toll on my skin. The results are seriously transformative and unbeatable. Medicube's Collagen Night Wrapping Mask is kind of magical. It's an overnight peel-off mask that executes flawlessly. After your entire evening routine, about 15 minutes before bed, you apply a thin layer over your moisturizer. It's a clear, gluey gel and applies beautifully on the skin. You only need a thin layer, in fact it feels a bit like you're applying a layer of varnish on your skin or like a top coat. In 15 minutes, it completely dries down and you can go to sleep. The adherence on this is just next level. I've even slept on my face with this on, rubbed it on my pillow, and that has not disrupted the layer at all. In the morning, everything still feels really tightened up. You still have that sort of glass, shiny veneer. You peel it off and these peel-off masks are really satisfying, almost like shedding a top layer of skin. Everything is blurred out, smooth, and just very brand new feeling. Whatever you can't peel off, you just can rinse off."

The collagen comes in to help to temporarily boost firmness and reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, promoting that hydrated smooth glassy skin, that glowy complexion, and then also helps to support your skin barrier, locking in moisture, reducing redness, and supporting your skin as it's repairing itself overnight. Ingredient wise it contains hydrolyzed collagen that really acts as a humectant to support our skin barrier and then indirectly reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. When your skin looks plump and healthy, it improves dullness, improves dryness, and your skin looks younger and more rejuvenated in general. It also contains hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and peptides, which support your skin barrier."

"You apply it like a mask, it's a creamy thick gel-like texture that you want to apply liberally all over your face. You do want to let it dry before sleep otherwise it gets everywhere on your pillow and gets messy. You can apply it on top of your nighttime skincare routine and then next morning remove it for that dewy radiant look. "I would highly, highly, highly recommend the Medicube Collagen Night Wrapping Mask. I was shocked at how much I loved this. I had to try it because it's one of those gaspy products everyone calls viral, and it actually is. It's £28.50 roughly, depending on where you shop. This is a mask you can leave on for about 15 minutes or however long it takes to dry, or you can wear it overnight. They say it has hyaluronic acid and ceramide to provide 8 hours of hydration, locking in natural moisture and strengthening the skin barrier for a healthy complexion, niacinamide to help with uneven skin tone and brighten the skin, and collagen as a nice humectant. What I love about this one in particular is it's almost watery, so whilst that makes it a little bit fiddly to apply, I'd actually recommend dripping it onto your face and then rubbing it on with a silicone brush. That watery texture helps you get a more even spread, and it's very difficult to apply thick layers because it's so light. They actually recommend using it in place of your moisturizer, especially in the evening."

"My favorite mask of the year. It actually got me back into masking because I definitely dropped off masking halfway through the year, I just wasn't bothered by it anymore. But the Medicube Collagen Night Wrapping Mask, I just love it. It's an overnight peel-off mask designed to enhance skin elasticity, hydration, and radiance whilst you sleep. It creates this film that not only contains ingredients to help restore and maintain your skin barrier but creates a physical barrier, so all your skincare can just work overnight without that water loss and hydration loss that we all experience throughout the night. It has collagen extract, which, yes, doesn't penetrate the skin, but it's a great humectant so it can help with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, giving you firmer-looking skin, alongside hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate in this case. There's niacinamide as well to help even out your skin tone, brighten skin, help with excess sebum production, but also help strengthen the skin barrier, and I think a lot of people don't see this as a skin-barrier-friendly ingredient. Along with ceramides to help maintain the skin's natural barrier, further preventing moisture loss and enhancing hydration. I love this because I can put it on at the end of the day after my skincare routine, it dries in an hour, but I then don't have to wait to wash it off or anything like that. I can go to bed, I can sleep in it."

"It feels like skin and you can sleep on your pillow. It uses collagen to really add that dewy, plump glow. Collagen is not great for anti-aging unless you consider temporarily plumping out fine lines to be anti-aging. You can leave this on just until it's dry, maybe an hour; it dries in about 15 minutes, but you can leave it on for an hour, then peel it away, and I feel like you get the same effect as if you left it on overnight. I really, really liked this one. It's another mask I have backups of, just for those special occasions, especially going into winter if your skin is feeling extra dry."

"Is it gimmicky? Yes. It launched when every other skincare brand was launching a peel-off mask. Niacinamide, ceramides, we have hyaluronic acid, glycerin in here, and PDRN. So, you're going to get that plumpness. If you are struggling with dehydrated skin, a layer of this at night after your full skincare routine is going to lock everything in. And this was the only peel-off mask I could actually sleep in."

It almost feels like you're putting honey on your face, but it does dry down into a film that is not going to stick to your pillowcase or anything. A few times when I tried this I noticed by the time I woke up it was already peeling off in areas, but in other areas really stubborn to get off the skin. So in summary, no, this is a pass, I do not recommend it. There are much better hydrating overnight masks out there."
